- 此產品不能使用任何優惠折扣，包括商場現金券、信用卡優惠等等。
- 如經Love Bite線上平台下單，訂單一經確認及付款成功，顧客將會收到訂單確認電郵，而訂單內容將無法更改或取消。如對訂單有任何疑問，可直接回覆訂單確認電郵或聯絡Love Bite (Facebook: @lovebitebyibility, IG: @lovebite_ibility)。
- 於Choco Next店舖下單後，如對訂單有任何疑問，請聯絡 Choco Next以便跟進。
- 顧客如需安排送貨，敬請於送貨日期前最少3個工作天下單訂購，並需於訂單備註或Special Instruction部分註明送貨日期。送貨範圍︰香港島、九龍、新界，不包括馬灣、愉景灣及離島。
- 顧客如需安排送貨，但未有註明送貨日期，訂單將暫停處理，Love Bite / Choco Next 將根據訂單資料聯絡顧客安排送貨日期。
- 顧客如需更改送貨地址，需於送貨日期前1個工作天聯絡Love Bite / Choco Next ，並提供訂單資料、新地址以作更改。
- Love Bite/ Choco Next 保留在發生下述情況下向顧客收取額外費用的權利：
- 單一訂單的送貨目的地多於一個；
- 因提供不完整、錯誤送貨地址、或無人在指定地址或時間收貨或取貨，而需重新安排送貨。
- Love Bite/ Choco Next 保留隨時更改使用條款及細則之權利，而不會作另行通知。如有任何爭議， Love Bite/ Choco Next 保留最終決定權。

訂製字母服務
顧客可免費於小氣球上訂製喜愛字母，進一步為禮物增添獨特意義。
注意事項：
- 請於購物車版面中註明 訂製字母 及 希望訂製之字母。
- 訂製字母需為 8個字母 或以下，可自由使用 英文字母、數字或標點符號組合(空格亦會計算)。
- 訂製字母以一行為限，實際字母大小會因應訂製字母多寡而更改。
- 敬請提早最少3天訂購(不包括星期六、星期日及公眾假期)。
- 訂製字母組合如包含不雅字句 或予人有相關聯想，本公司有權不作訂製並不作任何通知。
- 如有任何爭議， Love Bite / Choco Next 保留最終決定權。
Terms and Conditions
- This product is not eligible for any promotional discounts, including mall cash coupons, credit card offers, etc.
- If an order is placed through the Love Bite online platform, once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the customer will receive an order confirmation email and the order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any questions about your order, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact Love Bite directly (Facebook: @lovebitebyibility, IG: @lovebite_ibility).
- If you have any questions about your order after placing an order at a Choco Next, please contact Choco Next for further assistance.
- Orders should be placed at least 3 working days before the delivery date and the delivery date should be specified in the order notes or Special Instruction section. Delivery area: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and outlying islands.
- If the customer does not specify a delivery date, the order will put on hold, Love Bite / Choco Next will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date based on the order details.
- If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact Love Bite / Choco Next 1 working day prior to the delivery date and provide your order information and new address for change.
- Love Bite reserves the right to charge customers additional fees in the event that:
- More than one delivery destination for a single order.
- Re-arrangement of deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, or if no one is available to collect or pick up the goods at the address or time specified.
- Love Bite / Choco Next reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, Love Bite / Choco Next reserves the right of final decision.

You can add a unique meaning to the gift by adding the letters on the balloon for free!
Reminder:
- Please specify the letters you would like to customize at the Shopping Cart.
- Custom Letters must be 8 letters or less. The combination of letters, numbers or punctuation marks are welcome (Spaces will also be counted).
- Custom Letters are limited to one line, and the actual size of the letters may change depending on the number of letters.
- Please place your order at least 3 days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- We reserve the right not to accept any letter combination that contains an indecent word or association, without any notice.
