條款及細則
- 工作坊名額為先到先得，額滿即止。
- 已登記之工作坊將不可取消，已繳交之報名費用恕不退還，名額亦不可轉讓他人。
- 每成功登記名額只包括一名參加者入場及一套工作坊材料。親子工作坊之每位參加者，可帶同一位四歲以上十二歲以下小童一同參與。任何未報名而需佔一座位之陪同人士將收取港幣100元正，且不包括額外工作坊材料。
- 每位成功網上登記工作坊之參加者將於登記後 24 小時內收到確認電郵。
- 每位參加者只可轉換其他工作坊或更改工作坊時間一次，並須於已報工作坊開始前至少48小時以電話或電郵方式通知ibility，否則視作棄權並不設退款。
- 若已登記的參加者要求轉換價格較高之其他工作坊，參加者必須支付差額。如轉換之工作坊價格低於已登記的工作坊，差額恕不退還。
- ibility於工作坊期間所拍攝的照片、錄像及聲訊，或會用作宣傳及推廣用途。
- 若天文台於工作坊開始前3小時懸掛八號或以上烈風或暴風信號；或黑色暴雨警告已經生效，工作坊將會取消。如八號烈風或暴風信號或黑色暴雨警告於工作坊開始3小時或之前除下，工作坊將如期舉行。因遇上惡劣天氣而中斷或取消的工作坊將順延至另行通知。
- 於任何情況下，ibility對參加者之受傷或財產損失概不負責。
- ibility保留修改所有條款及細則之權利而不作另行通知。
- 如有任何爭議，ibility保留所有最終決定權。
Terms & Conditions
- Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
- Once the registration process is completed, the confirmed workshop cannot be cancelled. No refund will be given and no quota can be transferred to other applicants.
- Each successful registration is entitled to entry for one participant and one set of material only. Participant of the family workshop can bring along a child aged 4-12 to attend the workshop. Any accompanied person who is not registered and intended to occupy a seat will be charged HK$100 per head and no extra workshop materials will be provided.
- Every successful participant registered online will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
- Each participant is entitled to reschedule or exchange workshop one time only, only if notification is given to ibility via email or phone call at least 48 hours prior the commencement of the registered workshop, otherwise will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
- Participant shall pay for the difference if exchange for a workshop that is of higher registration fee is requested; difference is non-refundable if the workshop is of lower fee.
- Photos, videos and audios taken by ibility during workshops may be used for publicity and promotion purposes.
- Workshop will be cancelled when the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above; or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued and is still in force 3 hours before the workshop is scheduled to begin. If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered 3 hours before the workshop is scheduled to commence, workshop will continue. Workshops that are disrupted or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will be postponed until further notice.
- ibility is not responsible for any injury or loss of property to any person suffered during the workshop for any reason whatsoever.
- ibility reserves the right to amend any Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, ibility reserves the right of final decision.
